User consent

In accordance with the requirements of Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FL of July 27, 2006, "On Personal Data," I hereby consent to the processing of my personal data entered in the form by Soft Programm Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as the Operator), including:

• Xbox/Playstation/Steam/EA Play/chatgpt account details, including the account email and password.
• IP address, cookie information, information about the user's browser (or other program, using access to the site), access time, the address of the requested page, other visitor data from traffic statistics services (the address of the page on which the ad is located, the referrer (address of the previous page), etc.), geolocation data, and other data collected and processed automatically on websites owned by the Operator.

I grant the Operator the right to perform all actions (operations) with my personal data, including collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, modification, use, depersonalization, blocking, and destruction. The purpose of processing the above personal data is:

• to familiarize yourself with the Operator's services and the ihreg.ru Website;
• Concluding and executing the Agreement by accepting the User Agreement located at https://ihreg.ru/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), and maintaining communication between me and the Operator, consulting on the execution of the Agreement and the provision of services;
• Statistical and other studies based on anonymized information;
• Compliance with the requirements of Russian legislation (hereinafter referred to as the Services).

The Operator has the right to exchange (receive and transmit) my personal data (my personal information) using machine-readable media or via communication channels, subject to measures to ensure their protection from unauthorized access. This consent is valid until the end of my receipt of the Services. The storage period for personal data is limited to the duration of the provision of the Services, but not longer than 10 (ten) years from the date the Operator receives this consent. I reserve the right to revoke this consent by sending a written notice to the Operator's address: Soft Programm LLC, 125212, Moscow, Kronshtadtsky Blvd., 6/Bldg. 4, Room 104, Office 3B, or by email at info@ithelper.ru. If I revoke this consent, the Operator is obligated to delete all personal data it holds about me and cease providing me with any services or sending me any messages or materials.
